We are excited to host your party events! The Arcade will be an entertaining space for your guests. In addition, our studio space is also available for table/chair set up as well as additional space for more entertainment options.

We will offer 30mins prior to your request time for set up and 30 minutes post your end time for clean up.

Facility must be returned back to owner in the same condition it was given to Renter.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking with Jazz n Pizazz reserves the venue, staff, and services exclusively for your event date. All reservations are subject to the following:

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your date and apply toward your balance.

  • No refunds for cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or any reason.

Subcontracted Services

  • All add-ons (including face painting) are non-refundable once booked.

  • Specialty services are provided by independent subcontractors. Once confirmed, the full charge plus 10% gratuity is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.

Full Payments & Cancellations

  • If paid in full and cancelled for any reason, 50% of the venue fee only will be refunded.

  • All other payments are non-refundable due to advance supply purchases, exclusive booking, staffing, and administrative costs.

  • Subcontracted services and add-ons remain non-refundable.

Jazz n Pizazz retains no less than 50% of the total booking amount.

No-Shows & Rescheduling

  • No-shows forfeit all payments and require future bookings to be paid in full at reservation.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. If approved, payments transfer. If not, this cancellation policy applies.
